The chaplain will conduct worship services, Bible Studies, prayer and devotions, on-going visitation with residents and co-workers, including hospital visits, as well as funeral or memorial services.

    Qualifications: Ordained minister, a minimum of five years experience in either pastoral
    chaplaincy responsibilities, Clinical Pastoral Educational training preferred.

    Summer Institute: July 12-16, 2010
    GWish Spirituality and Health Summer Institute

    Welcome!

    We are pleased to announce the second annual Spirituality and Health Care Summer Institute, July 12-16, 2010 on the George Washington University campus in Washington, DC. The Summer Institute is designed for physicians and other health care practitioners and clinicians of all disciplines, administrators, educators, and others working with patients and families. CMEs, nurse contact hours, and continuing education credits for social workers and chaplains are offered.

    Registration

    Register by April 15, 2010 and receive a $100 discount off the registration fee. Access and print the registration form (.doc). The $985 registration fee ($885 if postmarked by April 15, 2010) includes a daily continental breakfast, two lunches, afternoon snacks, and an evening reception. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements. A list of local hotels is available. Refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be made if written notification is received prior to July 12, 2010.
